Thomas is, also, an ambassador of the Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP). Often times he may be found at community events evangelizing how HUD and the Federal Government are here to help in stabilizing real estate market values, through the NSP, thereby allowing first-time homebuyers the ability to realize the American Dream of homeownership.
